To the editor:

On behalf of the Highland Amateur Radio Association, I want to express our members' appreciation to the Hillsboro Uptown Business Association for sponsoring another successful and enjoyable parade through the uptown streets of Hillsboro to usher in the Christmas holiday.

I also want to thank those businesses, youth groups and other organizations who placed entries in the parade. Also, recognition goes to the City of Hillsboro for allowing the event to happen during these unusual times.
